Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "dora99", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to dora99 and its operators, accessible at https://dora99.cam.
• "User", "you", or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on dora99 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal, registered account created by a User on dora99, from which bets are placed and transactions are managed.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds (where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits awarded to a User pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the specified number of times that Bonus Funds must be staked before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required for all registered Users, including submission of government-issued identification, address proof, and where applicable, source-of-funds documentation.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on dora99.
• "Prohibited Activities" refers to any actions outlined in Section 8 of these Terms, including but not limited to match-fixing, bonus abuse, account sharing, and the use of automated betting software.
• "Intellectual Property" refers to all content, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, and databases owned by or licensed to dora99.

By accessing, browsing, or using dora99 in any manner — including but not limited to creating an Account, placing a bet, or playing any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using dora99 and may not create or maintain an Account on the Platform. Continued use of dora99 following any modification to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an Account and use dora99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dora99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification at any point.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of dora99, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold another active Account on dora99. Only one Account per person, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
• Your Account must not have been previously suspended or terminated by dora99 for any reason.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. dora99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access the full functionality of dora99, you must register for a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and active phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. dora99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Only one Account per individual is permitted. Holding multiple Accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must notify dora99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account by contacting support via live chat or email.
• dora99 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• All information provided at registration must be in your own name. Accounts registered in false names or on behalf of third parties will be closed.

dora99 is required to conduct identity verification checks on all registered Users as part of our compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with our KYC process.

Required Documents

• Primary Identity Document: A clear, unobstructed photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing all four corners of the document.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your primary identity document beside your face, clearly showing both your face and the document details.
• Payment Method Verification: Where applicable, evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile banking app showing your registered name).

Processing Timelines

KYC documents submitted during WIB business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday) are typically reviewed within 1 to 24 hours. Complex cases or submissions requiring additional documentation may take up to 72 hours. dora99 will notify you by email once verification is complete or if additional information is required.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your dora99 Account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source. dora99 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata — minimum deposit Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — minimum deposit Rp 25.000 per transaction.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dora99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which dora99 accepts no liability.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, and must be in the same name as the registered Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Processing times vary by VIP tier:

• Bronze & Silver: 1 to 24 hours
• Gold: within 12 hours
• Platinum: within 6 hours
• Diamond: within 3 hours
• Black Diamond: priority processing

dora99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay or suspend withdrawals where fraud or money laundering is suspected. Withdrawal requests submitted outside WIB business hours may experience extended processing times.

dora99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• One Bonus Per Person: Each bonus offer is limited to one per registered Account, per household, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing this limit through the use of multiple Accounts or third-party devices constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus amount or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Refer to the individual promotion's terms for details.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: dora99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, the exploitation of technical errors, or any activity deemed inconsistent with normal player behavior.
• Right to Withdraw: dora99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

All bets placed on dora99 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each product section of the Platform.

8.1 Bet Placement

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once you receive a confirmation notification within the Platform. dora99 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the system has recorded an incorrect start time.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by User account tier.
• dora99 reserves the right to limit or restrict bet amounts on specific markets or for specific Users at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8.2 Prohibited Betting Activities

• Match Fixing: Any involvement in, or knowledge of, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with an event on which a bet is placed is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic use of dora99 in combination with other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate Account suspension.
• Exploitation of Errors: Placing bets to exploit technical errors, mispriced odds, or system malfunctions is prohibited. dora99 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such circumstances.

8.3 Void Bets and Settlements

dora99 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified threshold, or where the integrity of the event is called into question by relevant authorities. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00, and stakes are returned to the User's Account. All settlement decisions made by dora99 are final.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Users may define a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum continuous play duration, after which the Account will automatically log out.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure are available.
• Reality-Check Notifications: Periodic reminders displaying time played and net session result are available to all Users.

All content published on dora99 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of dora99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from dora99.
• Use any data-mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data-gathering tools on any part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or server.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dora99, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions.
• Damages arising from the conduct of any third party on or via the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, dora99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall dora99's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dora99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring closure of the Account.

Effect of Termination

Upon closure of your Account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions. dora99 will retain transaction records in accordance with applicable data retention laws.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account on dora99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to the use of your data for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and the improvement of our services.

dora99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmission channels and stores all personal data on secure, access-controlled servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

dora99 operates under an international offshore gaming license. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dora99 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination thereof, shall first be submitted to dora99's internal dispute resolution process. Should an internal resolution not be achieved within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

dora99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Users via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of dora99 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
